Olá!!!!
Essas costelinhas de porco são muito fáceis de fazer e ficam lindas, douradas e deliciosas!!
Receitinha básica:
1 quilo de costelinha de porco cortada de 2 em 2
1 1/2 colher de chá de gengibre picadinho
1 colher de sobremesa de pimenta do reino
1/4 colher de sobremesa de noz moscada
1 colher de sobremesa de sal
3 colheres de chá de molho shoyu
3 colheres de chá de whisky
Misture todos os ingredientes na costelinha e deixe marinando. O livro diz que deve marinar por pelo menos 1 hora. Nos deixamos marinando por quase 24hs. Nossa preocupação era que a costelinha ficasse dura.
Coloque na churrasqueira e deixe até que fique dourada-marrom. Na nossa churras deu aproximadamente 10 minutos de cada lado. Separe a dupla de costelinha e coma com a mão ou com arroz.
Deixe para limpar ou lamber os dedos no final! Rsrs
